Obituary for Ronald D. Harper

Ronald D. Harper, 80, died Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville. Born in Newark, he lived in North Arlington for the past 56 years. He worked as a route salesman for Stroehmann Bread in Moonachie before retiring in 2001. Earlier, he worked in the same capacity for Stella Doro in Carlstadt . He proudly served in the United States Army during the 1960’s. He was a longtime parishioner and usher at Queen of Peace Church, in North Arlington. Ronald was the beloved husband of Johanna Harper ( nee Corsi ), the devoted father of Donna Bianchini and her husband Ue and Michele Breihof and her husband Peter , and the cherished grandfather of Anthony, Stephanie, Ryan, Jonathan and Andrew. Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington on Wednesday, January 24th at 9 a.m. thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Tuesday 4-8 p.m In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations made to Alzheimer's Association , 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, N.J. 07834.
