Obituary for Lucy Liuzzo

Lucy Liuzzo ( nee Battista ), 91, died Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at her home with her loving family at her side. . Born in Jersey City, she lived in North Arlington since 1980. She worked as a data entry processor for First Jersey Bank in Jersey City for over 10 years. Lucy was the beloved wife of the late Angelo, the devoted mother of John Liuzzo and his wife Donna, Linda Taylor and her husband Jack, Dianne Liuzzo, and the late Mary Ann DiGioia and her late husband Bob; the cherished grandmother of Jay Taylor, Scott Taylor and his fiance Maura, Lauren Kapp and her husband William, Sarah, Nicole and Jonathan Liuzzo and great-grandmother of Sabina Taylor. Funeral from the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Rd., North Arlington on Saturday, July 28th at 9 a.m. thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. The family will receive friends on Friday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations made to the North Arlington Volunteer Emergency Squad P.O. Box 7088, North Arlington, N.J. 07031.
